Delivery Details

We will process your order the same working day as long as the order is received before 4.30pm.  Any orders placed after 4.30pm will be processed the following working day.

The cost and estimated delivery time for each product is displayed during transactions, subject to the product being available and in stock. This can vary depending upon the product ordered.

All deliveries must be inspected for damage or missing items prior to the Proof of Delivery document being signed.  If goods are damaged or items missing this must be noted on the Proof of Delivery.

If a Proof of Delivery is signed clean (no damage or missing items noted) then you are declaring that there is nothing wrong with the items delivered.

We will exchange or refund goods if they are damaged or supply items that are missing but we cannot do this free of charge if a Proof of Delivery has been signed for clean.

Please note that signing for goods as “unchecked” has the same effect as signing for them clean and is your declaration that you accept the goods in good order.  Damage and/or deficiencies must be clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery.

The customer must provide a means of unloading the goods if required. The goods will be delivered to the nearest hard standing area to the delivery address and the customer is responsible to take the goods from this point at their own cost.

In the unlikely event that goods are lost or damaged in transit we ask that you notify us within 2 working days of receipt so that we can take prompt action and rectify the situation for you.
